These terms cover your use of ambersignalmedia.com and the text messages Amber Signal sends. Amber Signal is a one-person marketing service based in the Austin, Texas metro. By using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
This messaging program sends conversational replies to business owners who have contacted Amber Signal through the chat widget on this website and have opted in to receive text messages. Messages consist of replies to your enquiry, answers to questions about our services, scheduling, and follow-up.
SMS consent is collected in one place only: the chat widget on ambersignalmedia.com. The widget carries two separate consent checkboxes — one for informational and transactional messages, one for promotional messages. Neither box is pre-selected, and neither is required in order to contact us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No other form, page, or channel on this website collects SMS consent.
The consent language shown in the widget reads: "By submitting, you authorize Amber Signal to text/call the number above for informational/transactional messages, possibly using automated means. Msg/data rates apply, msg frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See terms and privacy policy. Text HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe." A second, separate checkbox carries the same language for promotional messages.
Reply STOP to any message and the messages stop. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. To rejoin, opt in again through the chat widget.
